Staying with friends killed it! We loved the convenient location, an easy walk to Glow in the Park and just a short ride to TD Garden for an awesome concert. The staff's dedication to health and safety was evident!
We experienced a minor delay at check-in, a bit frustrating after a long trip.

Spectacular hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was highly courteous. Amazing service, although a few employees were noisy. The location was great and stunning, and we could reach New England Aquarium by walking. Appreciated that it was set next to the "casual" restaurant, the gift shop, and that establishment.

I stayed for one night and loved that we could easily walk to the Boston Children's Museum in just over 10 minutes. The beautiful views from breakfast on the harbor were fine.

Nice environment and great view. Room decor was quite nice.
I had requested a little extra time prior to checking out because of my conference and flight schedule but was poorly handled by a front desk staff. That was the only bad experience. Staff sjhould always be corteous and helpful to guests.

The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired with some leftover hairs, and the snacks offered in the room were priced quite high. This place works well for a relaxing visit with great views.

Exceptional and fairly clean place, relaxing view of the harbor. Comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Easy and best possible location, not too far from Rowes Wharf. Based near the New England Aquarium and the shopping area. Great way to end our trip.

Room layout was great and view was great. No outside noise at all. Hotel staff were outstanding and helpful!
Hallway noise from doors closing and people talkng was more than one would like. Suggestion: move the makeup mirror in the bathroom out to the vanity sitting area.

The room had an amazing harbor view and was super clean. I loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some quality time by the indoor pool. Just a heads-up, while the room was nice, it wasn't much bigger than your average hotel room, so keep that in mind 😊

The location was perfect, as we wanted to enjoy the weekend near north end and at the water front area. Cleaning was done twice per day, snacks were re-filled while we were out. Staffs at the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We felt the care from the hotel.
The noise from city was completely blocked but, we heard a lot of voices from outside the room. We were nervous to turn on tv loud at night, thinking the other rooms may hear the noise.
